In the land of Jambudvīpa Buddhas are born…
Around 600 BC when the Great Enlightenment happened with the birth of Buddha, Laozi and Confucius respectively, many ancient teachings and techniques got documented so Ayurveda (from Sanskrit: Knowledge of Life) became widely known in the Ancient World
One of the main Ayurvedic treatments is the Shiro Abhyanga- a Sanskrit term essentially meaning a complete massage of the head, neck and shoulders using often oils or containing different herbs
Indian Head Massage has been practiced in today's form for at least 5000 years, before the Great Egyptian Pyramids and Stonehenge in Britain were built
Shiro Abhyanga · Indian Head Massage
